A gravel garden with a slate and timber path

A spare piece of land behind the garden, bought years before and never used. Unloved tarmac turned into a garden with a raised patio, new steps and a Lakeland mix paver laid in a random pattern.

The customer bought this spare piece of land behind her garden years ago, and it had sat there since. It was a large, plain space, which gave us a free hand with the design.

What we built

The garden now has a raised patio with new steps, laid in a Lakeland mix paver in a random pattern. There is a lot of sleeper work through the other elements of the build. Gravels and slate make the paths and cover the open spaces.
