A round sandstone patio ringed with setts
A new-build in Adel with no usable garden at all. We built it in sections around a large circular patio in Premiastone Maple paving, ringed with dark setts, and curved timber sleeper beds left for the owners to plant up themselves.
The owners liked the house. Behind it was a bare plot they could do nothing with, and what they wanted was somewhere to sit out through the warmer months.
What we built
The garden went in as sections, so each part of the day had somewhere to go. A large circular patio sits at the middle, laid in Premiastone Maple paving and ringed with dark setts. Timber raised beds curve around it, left empty so the owners can plant them as they like. Low maintenance was the brief. The design came from Tim Staves at New Leaf Garden Design; the building was ours.
